Dii Desert Energy, an industry initiative and public-private sector think tank for the energy transition in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) held a full-day ‘hybrid’ Partners’ meeting on the 9th of February 2021.
This first ever ‘hybrid’ event, took place in the magnificent W Dubai - The Palm hotel and other partners joined. the meeting by web conference.
The Partners’ meeting brought together Dii’s industry network, which includes the main drivers ACWA Power (KSA) and CEPRI/State Grid of China and 42 Associated Partners from 25 countries across MENA, Europe, Africa and Asia.
The agenda included interactive sessions, from covering general market outlook and Dii activities to introducing some of the new partners, deep diving in the current working fields of Dii as well as update on the MENA Hydrogen Alliance.
